Jefferson County Court Docket Sources

For family and juvenile dockets, public access may be limited by minor-child rules, juvenile statutes, or ICAR 32. For traffic dockets, a court record is different from the Idaho Transportation Department driver record.
Jefferson County hearing searches should also be read with the county's filing and payment rules in mind. The Courts directory says filings made after 4 p.m. are processed the next business day, so a same-day filing may not appear as quickly as a visitor expects. For traffic and criminal payments, website payments show immediately in the case, while automated phone payments may take 24 hours for the court to receive notice.
